Teachers in the Hale October 2025 Revision program

Sheila Greenaway – Maths Methods Year 11 and 12

Sheila is an experienced mathematics consultant who taught for many years at Rossmoyne SHS, and has delivered a number of after school programs for MMA.  We are looking forward to her joining the Hale holiday program team.     

Dirk Gildenhuys - Maths Specialist Year 12 and Maths Methods Year 12

Dirk is an experienced mathematics consultant having delivered programs in Methods on a number of campuses. He has extensive marking experience. Recently, he taught in the July Holiday program at Christ Church Grammar School and received a student rating of 95%.         

Amy Bennett – Maths Applications Year 12

Amy is an experienced Maths Applications teacher and WACE marker. Her preparation is excellent, and she is skilled at clearly communicating what students need to know and do to maximise their results in exams.  She recently delivered classes in Applications in the exam prep program on the Hale School campus in July 2025 and received a student rating of 95%.  

Naomi Coffey – Maths Applications Year 11 and Maths Specialist Year 11

Naomi is a highly experienced maths teacher from Applecross SHS and is a valued part of the MMA’s Master Class program at Christ Church Grammar School. She is a skilled presenter and consistently receives from students’ evaluations above 90%.  Recently, she presented a Maths Methods Year 11 class at Christ Church Grammar School in July and received a student evaluation score of 100%.

Brodie Reid – Chemistry Year 12 (1.20pm and 3.30pm)

Brodie is an experienced classroom teacher who has an excellent knowledge of the Chemistry curriculum.  He is currently employed at Christ Church Grammar School.  He most recently delivered Chemistry classes as part of the July 2025 program at Hale School and received a student approval rating of 94%.

Mat Winter – Chemistry Year 12 (11.10am) and Chemistry Year 12

Mat teaches at Mount Lawley Senior High School and is the Science program coordinator at the school. He has significant marking experience as well as in delivering exam prep programs. He delivered classes in the April holiday program the Hale school campus and received a student evaluation rating of 95%. 

Grant Keenan – Physics Year 11 and 12

Grant is an experienced educator who has taught at a number of schools over his career.  He values the opportunity to interact with students and help them successfully prepare for their ATAR exams.  He has delivered a number of courses for this company, including the Physics classes in the January 2025 Hale program, where he received a student approval rating of 96%.

Shane Willshire – Human Biology Year 11 and 12

Shane is an experienced Human Biology and Biology teacher working at Chisholm C. College, and he is a regular teacher in our programs. He most recently delivered Human Biology classes at Christ Church Grammar School in July 2025 and received a score of 95%.

Carl Owen – English Year 11 and 12

Carl is an experienced and talented English teacher currently working at Melville SHS. He has taught exam preparation programs at Christ Church Grammar School, Hale School, and Mindarie Senior College for a number of years and regularly receives student evaluations above 90%. He received a student evaluation score of 95% most recently while teaching in the July 2025 exam preparation program at Mount Lawley Senior High School. 

Craig Doyle - Literature Year 11 and 12

Craig teaches at St Hilda’s and has delivered superior exam prep classes with MMA for a number of years. He has presented classes in essay writing, English, and ATAR English and Literature and student reviews consider him an excellent presenter.  Most recently he taught Literature classes in the April Program at Hale and received an average student evaluation score of 98%.

Tanusha Singh – Accounting and Finance Year 12

Tanusha teaches at Frederick Irwin A.S. She first came to our attention for elevating her school into the top ten schools for Accounting and Finance in the state based on ATAR results. Since then, she has run a number of programs, including the 2025 July Revision program at Hale School where her student approval rating was 95%. 

Lloyd Haskett - Economics Year 12

Mr Lloyd Haskett – Economics Year 12 Lloyd teaches at Christ Church Grammar School where he is the acting head of department. In 2022 his students secured one exhibition and several certificates of distinction in the November ATAR exams. He regularly delivers after school and holiday exam prep programs and in July 2025 at Hale School he received a student approval rating of 98%.
